為什麼不能在網站下單?

1. 網站上的樣板及價錢供客人參考。由於每個作品都是人手製作及視乎季節及花材供應而定。花藝師會盡可能製作出相同的花品, 但若果因季節供應而花材有所改動, 花藝師可與客人相談製作出滿意的花品。 2. 花藝師可與客人溝通, 了解花品用途。若客人想加入某種花材或轉換顏色, 可以在下單後付款前與花藝師相談。 3. 我們希望與客人有良好的溝通, 以製作出合乎期望的花品
如果處理花束/ 花籃?

花束- 拆除包裝紙, 45度角斜剪花腳, 放進花瓶內。最好每天換水, 可延長花兒壽命。花籃- 隔天往花泥部分加入適量清水, 避免陽光直射, 放置陰涼地方。
花束/花籃可放置多耐?

視乎溫度及處理方法。一般而言, 收花後每天換水, 或用上鮮花營養液隔天換水, 花束可保持5-7天左右。但在炎熱天氣下, 若室內溫度上升, 花兒會加快凋謝 , 有可能只維持3-5天。

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
